Unfortunately not. The New Deal was FDR's plan to get the USA out of the Depression. Hitler's plan was the New Order.
The primary causes were that Sparta feared of the growing power and influence of the Athenian empire
Effects such as the Smoot-Hawley tariff act raised tariffs to and all time high but was actually meant to help but ultimately failed, causing a sped up process towards the Depression.
