Answer:

-1,0,1,2,3

y=2x

y=-2

y=0

y=2

y=4

y=6

y=4x

y=-4

y=0

y=4

y=8

y=12

y=8x

y=-8

y=0

y=8

y=16

y=24

The lines change. when it is y=2x, then everytime it goes up by 2. when y=4x, goes up by 4 and so on. To graph them, do not graph any lines that show y=2x with an x in it. To graph y, go on the x axis y=0 = the whole line on the x axis. y=-2 = 0-2 or 0,-2 and 1,-2 so to graph a line, put the number 0 into the y, like 0,24 then mark that spot, the add 1, and mark that spot and so on.

Hope this helps plz hit the crown ;D and graph all those lines above!

A tree is 7 ft tall when it is planted and this type of tree grows two feet per year. How tall will the tree be in 6 years? How
s344n2d4d5 [400]

2x+7=?

X=6

2(6)+7=

12+7=19

In six years, the tree will be 19ft

2x+7=44

Minus seven on both sides

2x=37

Divide two from both sides

X=18.5

Thus, it will take 18 and a half years for the tree to reach 44ft

Help..? Pleaseee , it has to do with the Pythagorean Theorem. But I have no idea how to do it
Rudiy27
Pythagorean Theorem is

a ²+ b ² = c ²

a and b are the shorter sides, while c is the hypotenuse, or longest side. Let’s say the side we are looking for is “b”.

Let’s first rearrange the equation, then sub in.

a ²+ b ² = c ²
b ² = c ²- a ²
b = √ (c ²- a ²)
b = √(17 ²- 15 ²)
b = √(289-225)
b = √ 64
b = 8
