Juan's dog is 2 feet and 3 inches tall. We can convert feet into inches and find the Juan's dog height in terms of inches. So Juan's dog height would be (2 x 12) + 3 = 27 inches.

Peter's dog is 9 inches tall.

It says to use concept of fractions and compare the heights of Juan's dog vs. Peter's dog.

So we need to take ratios of Juan's dog height to Peter's Dog height as follows :-
