Answer:
The tertiary sector or service sector includes industries related to public services: transport, trade, consumer services, banking; business and administrative, information and telecommunication services; education, healthcare, culture, science. An increasingly important role is played by recreational services associated with the growing need of the population for recreation and tourism. The predominant development of the tertiary sphere is characteristic of a post-industrial society in which employment in the primary and secondary sectors of the economy is sharply reduced as a result of dominant automation and growth in labor productivity. Labor moves to a growing tertiary sector. It currently accounts for about 2/3 of global GDP. The tertiary sector is absolutely dominant in the US economy (about 80% of GDP). Currently, less than one out of six workers in the economy of the country work in the industry, while in the service sector - more than 70%.

Individual liberties - Limited government establishes the principle that the government can /only/ do what the law allows it to do. If it's not in the law, it's not a legal power of the government. This protects individuals from over-extending government as it can't make ad-hoc laws and powers to respond to individuals.
<span>in order to fully support one's community, public health must offer services to people of all ages, fairly and equally, so as to support families and individuals struggling with health problems. For young mothers and parents, clear advice and supplies should be shared with them, and for the elderly, education for families, but also nursing support should also be available for those in need.

Cultural appropriation is when someone tries to take on the appearance of another culture. The difference between exploring a culture and appropriating it is like for example, you can try (explore) different foods from different cultures but if all you eat is Chinese food when you're not Chinese is appropriation. And in all honesty in todays world, especially in America, cultures are so mixed that people should be able to dress any way they want without being accused of trying to steal from cultures. Accusing people of appropriation only keeps the separations that people have tried so hard to overcome. And only leaves the question, how can we overcome racism if we aren't willing to share our cultures?
