Riding a bicycle is my hobby and Cycling is mainly an aerobic excerise which means it helps your heart, blood vessels and lungs all get a workout. It will also improve your overall fitness level. Riding a bike can also help reduce pollution which is why cycling became my hobby and a great activity in my opinion.
