Answer:

A bully is, Seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce (someone perceived as vulnerable). When one tells another to stop and they don't listen and continue to pick at them that is a bully. You might be able to tell if someone has been a victim of bullying if, they sit alone or cry, get sensitive to touch, or even if they dont really talk much. These are all signs that someone might be a victim of bullying. They will become really shy and emotional. You should tell an adult, let a parent know, a concular, or even talk to them about it first and if they tell you not to tell you HAVE to because they could be in harm and this is something that you can do to stop anyone from getting hurt. TELL AN ADULT. The school system has a counsler and teachers if you go to them and tell them the situation they should get in contact with the bully and talk to him and set him/her up with an outcome. Parents should all teach there children what to do if a bully ever acts and to tell someone. They should also inform there children that picking on other kids can lead up to very bad things in there lifetime. marriages, the couple can each get involved and talk to there children and family theripast can talk to the hole family becuase the bully might have things going on at home that is causeing him/her to act the way they are. To sum it up, there are everay things you can do to prevent bullying.

If it's any help, I can tell you that early signs of self-harming actions usually involve:
-Sudden mood swings
-Lack of motivation
-A depletion of desire for making contact with others
-Bad appetites
-Irritable attitudes
-And an overall negative attitude.
