Sit-ups are the muscle strengthening activity. Running and jumping are both cardio, and stretching just warms up the muscles.
It’s the 3rd option! Eating a variety of foods from all food groups! Fruits veggies! Proteins dairy all has different vitamins and nutrients your body needs, eating just salad every day doesn’t mean your “healthy”.
I would say peer pressure is the biggest reason for teenagers to engage in risky acts because everyone wants to be cool around friends and most of the time they always say "yes" instead of "no", even if it's a wrong decision. Hope it helps :D
