1. They should go/follow a low cholesterol diet I.e reducing their intake of oil, reducing their intake of fried things and oily foods. It would help the heart because the heart doesn’t really like oil. ( and too much oil is dangerous)
2. They should try spending more time in the kitchen, they should try learning/cooking healthier foods. If they can cook or plan their meals they should get a dietician who would put them through.
Healthy activities such as biking and swimming appeal most to me. It is good to do several of these activities because they are beneficial to your body, as long as you aren’t working it out too much.
