Ans. (A). remove the anthers.

Daisy is a flowering plant, in which fertilization takes place when a pollen grain (male gametes) fuses with ovum (female gamete) to form zygote. In flowering plants, pollen are developed at anthers, while ova are produced in ovaries of the flowers.

To prevent fertilization in these plants, anthers or stamens are removed from flowers so that there are no pollen grains to fertilize ovum. This process is known as emasculation.

Thus, the correct answer is option (A).
