Answer: The second major source of elements in seawater is the interior of the earth. The elements such as calcium, phosphorous and other minerals are found deep inside the earth's interior.

The interior of earth is full of elements which comes out of the earth by the volcanoes and earthquakes.

These two phenomenon brings the nutrients into the seawater.

The number of covalent bonds that an atom tends to form is equal to:
TiliK225 [7]

The number of covalent bonds that an atom tends to form is equal to the number of valence electrons.

Explanation:

Covalent bonds are formed between non-metals by sharing of  the equal number of valence electrons between the two atoms. The valence electrons are the number of electrons in the outermost shell of the atom. These valence electrons share between the atoms and from bonds. eg. are NH3 and H2.

The sharing of valence electrons complete the octet rule and covalent bonds are formed.

A clinical finding that is consistent with a diagnosis of adrenocortical insufficiency is:________.
Andrej [43]

Answer: Hyponatremia(low serum sodium level)

Explanation:

This is a condition where the sodium serum Level drops to less than 136mEqL.Sodium regulates electrolyte water balance of the body by regulating the amount of water that enter the cells. Therefore when it level drops water concentration rises increasing the water potential surrounding the cells(extracellular) but not of the intacellular fluids

.Less water is reabsorbed in the proximal convoluted tubule(PCT) of tthe Nephon. Since low sodium is available little will be reabsorbed by the PCT for reabsorption of water.

it is cause by liver diseases, diarrhoea, intake of large or too much water, hormonal imbalances etc

Symptoms

Headache, confusion, nausea, vomiting.and coma.

Treatment.

Controlled or moderate water intake

Treatment of related diseases.

Necessary precautions during intense activities.
