The new pose that I chose is called staff pose. It stretches the back muscles, shoulders, and chest. To do it, you sit on the floor with your legs together and extended in front of you, toes pointed up. You place your hands flat on the floor next to your thighs. Your torso is straight up and down as if you were sitting against a wall. Your thighs press against the floor and your ankles are flexed. You are facing forward in the staff pose
