ATQ

\\ \sf \longmapsto x+x-10=90

\\ \sf \longmapsto 2x-10=90

\\ \sf \longmapsto 2x=90+10

\\ \sf \longmapsto 2x=100

\\ \sf \longmapsto x=\dfrac{100}{2}

\\ \sf \longmapsto x=50

\\ \sf \longmapsto x-10=50-10=40

Write the number 1/10,000,000 as a power of 10 using a negative exponents
allochka39001 [22]

First, convert into a decimal:

1/10,000,000 = 0.00000001

Next, convert to "the number with a power of 10 using a negative exponent. Move the decimal point to the first <em>number that is not 0</em> (sorry, there is a term for it, but i can't remember it right now, but it is not important to solving the answer)

0.000001 = 1 * 10^-7

1 * 10^-7 is your answer

21. Attending a Conference The Sarasota City Council plans
Free_Kalibri [48]

Answer:

28

Step-by-step explanation:

So in order to get this answer you want to use the combination formula which is \frac{n!}{(n-r)!r!}

Now you want to use the numbers given to you in the problem which is ₈C₂ and plug those into the equation

so your going to have something looking like this \frac{8!}{(8-2)!2!}  now if you have a calculator nearby and you plug in ₈C₂ your going to get 28 which is the answer.

hope this somewhat helps.

The function A=A_oe^{-0.01155x} A = A o e − 0.01155 x models the amount in pounds of a particular radioactive material stored in
vivado [14]

They are essentially asking us to solve:

357=900e^{-0.01155x} \implies\\ \frac{357}{900}=e^{-0.01155x} \implies\\ \ln{\frac{357}{900}}=-0.01155x \implies \\ x\approx 80.1

Solving this equation for x tells us that it will take around 80.1 years for the materials in the vault to reduce to 357 pounds.
