Answer:

(f+g)(x)=6x^2+13x+14

Step-by-step explanation:

(f+g)(x) simply means that you are adding f(x) to g(x) to get a new equation that is the sum of them.

6x^2+9x+8+4x+6

simplifies down to, by combining like terms,

6x^2+13x+14

Combining like terms
2 + 3x - X=4x
ololo11 [35]

Answer:

Hi there!

Your answer is:

x= 1

Step-by-step explanation:

Goal- get all X's on one side, and all whole numbers on the other

2+3x -x = 4x

First, combine like terms on each side of the equal sign

2+ 2x = 4x

Next, think about the additive inverse property. What, added to 2x, equals 0? 2x + (-2x) =0! So, we subtract 2x from both sides!

2= 4x-2x

Simplify

2= 2x

Divide both sides by the coefficient of x (in this case, 2)

2/2 = x

2/2 is equal to 1

1= x

Hope this helps!

What is the derivative of sqrt7 times x +sqrt2x
castortr0y [4]
I guess you mean the derivative of:

√7x + √2x, if so then:

Remember that the derivative of √u = 1/(2√u) . u'

if 7x = u, then u' = 7 , hence the derivative of √7x is 7/(2√7x)
Use same logic for √2x and you will find:

y' = 7/(2√7x) + x/√2x
