The correct answer is A) defined border.

In the reservation system, American Indians tribes were confined to assigned land with a defined border.

The United States government created the Reservation System to keep the Indians off the lands white people wanted to settle. The Native American Indians tribes have lived in their territories for thousands of years but eth US government decided to use those lands to settle new white people. So Native American Indians were sent to Reservations where they could maintain their culture and traditions until the Daws Act of 1867eliminated this system of Indian Reservations in that it divided them into individual portions of land.

How does "I Sit and Look Out" contrast with "I Hear America Singing"? A. It shows a love story, whereas the other poem only disc
makkiz [27]
Using the system of elimination, I'd say the correct answer is C. It shows the worst of America, whereas the other poem shows the best of America.
It's not A because there is no love being portrayed in "I Sit and Look Out;" it's not B because there is no defined rhyme scheme in that poem; it's not D because both poems show the working class.
So based on this, it has to be C - the first poem shows hatred, pain, and violence, whereas the other one shows unity and love.

How did Greeks myths influence later language and art?
VLD [36.1K]
It basically was in everything they did. If there was a myth that the gods would hate you if you did something they would express their true feelings on it the best way they could... though the arts.

Give two reasons why people thought Jackson would be different from previous presidents.
SIZIF [17.4K]

He was the first president from the West. He was the first president who came from the working class. He had a more limited education than previous presidents. Because of his direct campaigning, he had more support among “common men” than previous presidents. He disliked the power of the “Eastern aristocracy.”
