Answer:

When there are people confined to their house for an extended period of time they can be exposed to second hand smoke more frequently than if not being quarantined. One of the leading causes of lung cancer caused by cigarette smoke was from second hand smoke in non-smokers. The banning of ciggarette sales is to discourage the new smokers from starting and the established smokers to quit, with the help from tobacco companies, by supplying smoking secation products and services to the current smokers.

Explanation:

The pandemic of 2019 was the beginning of the conversation about putting into action a plan to make sure that the future generations have a smoke free environment to live in.

What evidence illustrates the fact that the u.s. was slow to enter into world war i?
Ganezh [65]
The sinking of the Lusitania shows that America was hesitant to enter World War I. The Lusitania was a British ship that had American soldiers on it. This ship was traveling to Ireland but was shot down by the German military. This use of unrestricted submarine warfare resulted in the deaths of thousands of individuals, including over 100 American citizens.

This event, that took place in May of 1915. Even though this causes outrage among citizens, the US does not formally declare war against Germany until they find out about the Zimmerman Telegram (in 1917). This shows that America tried to avoid entering World War I at all costs.
