Answer + Step-by-step explanation:

Dear Postmaster,

On the 25th of July 2021, I was addressed an important

letter regarding life-and-death. The postman has failed to

place the letter in my post box and I'm afraid if that letter gets

into the wrong hands, horrible things could happen. It is currently

the 12th of August 2021, and I'm requesting for my letter to be found

urgently and handed to me. I live on 45 Kennedy Avenue, and

I would like the letter posted between the time 12-1pm by you

since I am aware that you are more organized than the postman

and more trustworthy. The postman has many more cases like this

with other letters as well important and unimportant.

Ket [755]

Answer:

Every four years the American people choose a new president, and 1988 is one of those years.

Explanation:

A fact is quite simply something that has been proven to be true.

The line from President Reagan's address at Moscow State University that is a fact is Every four years the American people choose a new president, and 1988 is one of those years.

Truly, every four years, the Americans cast their votes to choose a new president because they function as a democratic system of government where the citizens have the power to select their leaders.
