A business caught operating without a license could be forced to cease operations. In some cases, once the licenses is attained, the business is free to reopen. But in some instances, a business might have to wait out a mandatory probationary period or worse, a city can refuse to grant a license to the business.

Answer:

Owning a business is a great responsibility. Processes and procedures exist to operate the business legally. Skipping any of these steps could result in dire consequences for the business. One of the most important steps a business must take is attaining the proper licenses to legally operate. Depending on the industry, one or more licenses could be required so it is important to determine what licenses are needed.

The Media is South Africa has recently been downgraded internationally from "free" to "partially" free. Free media is very important for a democratic country because in order to be able to vote well, the citizens need to be properly informed, that's the role of the media.

however, If Media isn't free (for example it's corrupt or has pressure from the government), then it does not adhere to Article 16 which says that the media has to be fee.

Complete the chart. The environmental issue of smog can cause _______________________.
Basile [38]

The correct option is: "when constantly inhaled by citizens, this pollution can cause breathing problems and death"

Smoke, also known as "neblumo" or "pollutant mist", is a form of pollution caused by the combination of air with pollutants during a long period of high pressure (anticyclone), which causes air stagnation and, therefore, the permanence of them in the troposphere and sometimes, in the stratosphere, due to their greater density. There are two types of smog: industrial and photochemical.

Smog has some serious consequences that should not be taken lightly: it can cause respiratory problems, especially in people who have asthma; it can damage the lung membranes, causing pain, discomfort, cough and throat irritation; It also produces dry eyes. Smog can cause lung cancer to the same extent or even more than smoking can. Smog also affects trees and crops.

Explanation:

Louis XIV is considered a symbol of absolutist rule. His arbitrariness and control of society led to great dissatisfaction. The way he ruled brought the French population into great poverty. France had over 20 million inhabitants during his reign, and over 95% lived in great poverty. The absolutist rule of the king will lead to the French Revolution.
