please do not listen to the other person! that is horrible advice, you SHOULD NOT lose more than 2 lbs a week. it will take a little over 2 months to get to 185 if you do it 2 lbs a week, i highly recommend that way. seriously, don't lose a pound a day or anything like that, even if it seems easy at first you won't be able to sustain this lifestyle
