Answer: Benign Tumor

A benign tumor is not dangerous like a malignant tumor, which is called as cancer. A benign tumor does not spread from one body parts to other parts of the body. Most of the tumor of bone is known to be benign.

This type of tumor does not metastasize means they do not spread to other parts of the body. However, it may be serious if they pressurize the vital structures of the body like nerves and blood vessels.
