I personally am slightly more entertained by the first plot. However, both plots are incredibly well thought out and are both amazing. I can't wait to see which one you go with! Good luck!
The cave paintings are found mostly in mountains in the present-day Mexican state of Guerrero. The Olmecs created mainly sculptures out of basalt. The Mayans made sculptures out of stucco and created pottery out of clay.
