Can somebody help me
qaws [65]
Okay so for the #1 it says that it take 1/2 (half) a day to paint 1/4 of your bedroom and we want to know how many days it would take to paint all of the bedroom, so 4/4 of the bedroom.
We can say that
1/2(number of day) = 1/4(how much you painted)
to paint all of your room you would have to have painted 4/4 of your room
to get to 4/4 i multiplied 1/4 by 4
you do the same thing to 1/2 so 1/2•4=2
So it would take 2 days to paint all (4/4) of your bed room

I dont if im clear but just think about it
If you take half a day to pain 1/4 of your room, in one day you would’ve painted 2/4 of your room, so in one day you paint 2/4 of your room. And in 2 days you paint 4/4 of your room

6sin^2theta = 7- 5costheta<br><br><br>please include all steps thank you ~ will give branliest !!
-BARSIC- [3]

Answer:

6sin^2(x) = 7 - 5cos(x)

6(1 - cos^2(x)) = 7 - 5cos(x)

6 - 6cos^2(x) = 7 - 5cos(x)

6cos^2(x) + 5cos(x) -1 = 0

(6cos(x) - 1)(cos(x) + 1) = 0

cos(x) = 1/6

x = arccos(1/6)

x = 1.40334825 + 2k*pi, 4.87983706 + 2k*pi

cos(x) = -1

x = pi + 2k*pi

Point X is at 2/3 on a number line on the number line point why is the same distance from 0 is point X but has a numerator of 8
katen-ka-za [31]

Answer:

Denominator

x = 12

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x be the denominator of the fraction at point y.

Given:

Point X is at 2/3 on a number line from 0.

On the same line, point y is the same point from 0.

Numerator of the fraction at point y is 8.

We need to find the denominator of the fraction at point y.

Solution:

From the above statement the distance from 0 to point X and 0 to point Y is same, so point X is equal to Y.

\frac{2}{3} =\frac{8}{x}

By cross multiplication.

x=\frac{8\times 3}{2}

x= \frac{24}{2}

x = 12

Therefore, the denominator of the fraction at point y is 12.
