What where is the NYC Empire State Building located?
inn [45]
The NYC Empire State Building is a 103-story building located in NYC, which is short for New York City. It was, for a long time, the tallest building in the world.
The address, if that's what you need, is 350 5th Ave, New York, NY 10118, United States of America. The coordinates are 40.748107, -73.985372. The nearest subway station is 34th St & Herald Square, which you can reach via lines B,D,F,M,N,Q, and R, some of which are orange and some yellow, not sure if that makes a difference since I'm not familiar with the NYC subway system, but if you need directions it should help to know that.

What factors contributed to the westward expansion of the u.s?
Scrat [10]
A biggie: the transcontinental railroad. Because it would economically improve wherever it was, both the North and the South competed for the railroad to be in their respective territory, evidenced by the Kansas-Nebraska Act and the Gadsen Purchase and induction of California as a free state in 1860.

In addition: people could get land cheap because it was abundant and might leave to start afresh economically.

There's other stuff I can't remember as clearly, but there's a little and I hope it helps :)

Why do most people in japan live in the plains and lowlands ?
Digiron [165]

Answer:

hi, here's ur answer

Explanation:

Most of Japan's people live on plains and lowlands found mainly along the lower courses of the country's major rivers, on the lowest slopes of mountain ranges, and along the sea coast. This concentration of people makes Japan one of the world's most crowded countries. Densities are especially high in the urban corridor between Tokyo and Kobe, where 45 percent of the country's population is packed into only 17 percent of its land area. An ethnically and culturally homogeneous nation, Japan has only a few small minority groups and just one major language Japanese.
