The USDA nutritional recommendations is worthy to follow for they promote good health and help prevent diseases that could foster healthy lifestyles.
Moreover, it is important to choose a diet with more calories from grains, lean meats, fish, poultry, low-fat dairy products, vegetable and fruits. Then choose fewer calories from fats and sweets.
Lastly, another change that I will make is to increase my physical activities by making sure that I can exercise regularly to be more physically fit.
