Gave too little power to the central government. States had more power and freedom to pass laws and do basically anything they wanted to without much backlash

He demonstrates his wits when he tricks the cyclops and his strength with he stabs the cyclops. I don't know if this is part of the question since it is not necessarily a strength but he also shows his pride in the end when he boast about how he defeated the cyclops in the end.
