Ok, so me and my friend Rylee like to power walk, and today we have our pacer test which will make us tired 1st running or power

Running will make you tired first. Running requires more cardiovascualr endurance than power walking, so it'll make you more tired.

The pacer test gets faster every beep, it’s better to start off walking or power walking and then once it speeds up start jogging, then running-coming from someone who still does pacer tests for PE
