A serving means quantity of food for one person. It can be a rice,fruit,vegetables or a salad.A standard serving is 75 grams or 1/2 cup of green vegetables,1/2 cup of dry beans and 1 cup of green leafy vegetables. In the examples mentioned, a serving can be a cup of cooked rice, a medium potato or fruit, a cup of juice and a cup of cooked dry beans.
A serving is what you would consider the amount of food that a person would eat as part of a meal, in this case ounce of cold cereal is too much for a serving, it is recommended for the average adult male that 3/4 of cup is a serving, and and ounce of cheese egg is also too much, so the only options that actually are servings would be the cup of cooked rice, the medium potato or fruit, the cup of juice and the cup of dry beans.
I am interested in soccer and during this session I could coach by working on footwork, and working on leg strength for stronger kicks. You need good energy and the ability to think on your feet, and have a good foot coordination
