The pressure of society even has an effect on an adult's self-esteem. ... Men with a family and job are more likely to have a higher self-esteem than those who don't. The images that society portrays on what is or isn't right have affected everyone in some way, shape, or form. It can either take you down or build you up.

Find the low and high target heart rate zones for a 46-year-old teacher from El Cerrito Middle School with a resting heart rate
alexgriva [62]

The low and high target heart rate zones for the 46-year-old teacher with a resting heart rate of 78bpm are;

Low target heart rate = 87 bpm

High target heart rate = 131 bpm

We are told that the resting heart rate of the 46 year old teacher is 78 bpm.

Now, the formula for calculation of the estimated maximum age-related heart rate is;

Maximum age related heart rate = 220 – person's age

For this 46 year old man;

Maximum age related heart rate = 220 - 46

Maximum age related heart rate = 174 bpm

Now. since his resting heart rate is average at 78 bpm, then the low and high target heart rate will be gotten from the formula;

Low target heart rate = 50% × Maximum age related heart rate

High target heart rate = 75% × Maximum age related heart rate

Thus;

Low target heart rate = 50% × 174

Low target heart rate = 87 bpm

High target heart rate = 75% × 174

High target heart rate ≈ 131 bpm

An active student injured his knee playing basketball and has been advised by his doctor to avoid impact activities that cause h
Rina8888 [55]
Jogging.  I found this answer by process of elimination.  Swimming takes a lot of force, like kicking which gives heavy force on bones, jumping rope, (believe it or not) can also affect his bones since he is "pounding" on the ground.  Basketball is much like the jumping rope.  But jogging is meant to be a light run, and if you jog the right way, (lightly on your feet) you can stay active and avoid heavy force on bones.
