What are the problems with a strong Central government and a small limited government? What is the solution
xeze [42]
Hiya,

A strong Central government is bad because if the government releases a law that just so happens to be bad, it will apply to everyone and this could be horrible for the whole country. If state decisions are bad, it won't hurt the whole nation but only that said state. People fear a strong Central government might even overpower small state governments and lose independence.

Now the trouble with a limited government is that it takes time to make decisions and fraud can easily happen. With a limited government there is also limited happiness.

A solution to this would be to just have a little bit of both. Limited government can increase fairness and give more freedom and power to their people and kick out the terrible leaders whereas a strong central government you can also have the security and freedom.

Hope this helps, government was never fun tbh.

pychu [463]

Answer:

b. i, and ii only

Explanation:

Soft money is the term for lightly regulated money transactions and financial campaigns. It presents the financial donation which was given to the party, but not for the direct promotion of a certain political candidate. Other than that, the reason for the user can be any that will result in raising the votes.

One of the characteristics of soft money is that it is unregulated and without many restrictions. It is different from the hard money, given for the direct promotion and advertising of the candidate.

svlad2 [7]

Answer:

overcome functional fixedness

Explanation:

Monique routinely uses a shredder to shred her junk-mail into confetti-sized pieces of paper, which she then just throws away. When packing her glassware to move into a new apartment, she runs out of protective styrofoam packing material. Suddenly Monique gets the idea to empty her shredder and use the shredded junk mail confetti for packing material. In this case, Monique has overcome functional fixedness. Functional fixedness is a cognitive bias that makes people limit the use of a thing or object to the traditional use for which it was made.

Monique was fixed on using the shredder for the traditional purpose for which it was made and throwing away the junk mails, which is for shredding junk mails. However, her decision to deviate from the traditional usage of the shredder and instead using the shredded papers for packing shows that she has overcome functional fixedness with regards to the use of a shredder.
