The depletion of natural resources occurs when resources are consumed at a faster rate than that of replacement. Natural resources are those resources that are in existence without human actions and they can either be renewable or non-renewable. And when it gets down to the discussion of natural resource depletion, it a terminology used in reference to water usage, farming, fossil fuel consumption, fishing, and mining. And above all, natural resource depletion is defined on the premise that the value of a resource is measured in terms of its availability in nature.

A resource that is rare on earth due to depletion has a higher value than a natural resource which is in abundance. Due to the increasing global population, the levels of natural resource degradation is also increasing. Consequently, the world’s eco-footprint is estimated to be one and a half times the ability of the earth to sustainably provide each individual with enough resources that meet their consumption levels. Herein is a detailed explanation of the causes, effects, and solutions of natural resource depletion

Why is the myth the athletes need additional protein is not true
amid [387]
The body already produces enough protein to get by just fine. However, many people think athletes "use up" too much protein and faster than they gain it back, but that is not true because the body regulates homeostasis. I hope I helped :)

Do you think cloning should ever be offered as a reproductive option for humans? Why
or why not?
Andrei [34K]
I would say no. I say this because the word “cloning” is like duplicating something, and if you use cloning I feel like the result of it will look similar to the one used on and I feel like they could use the other ones identity in a way

A pharmacist is preparing an order of heparin for a new patient. The patient is most likely suffering from a case of anemia. iro
Nikolay [14]

Answer:

\boxed {\boxed {\sf Thrombosis}}

Explanation:

First, let's figure out what heparin is.

It is a prescription, injectable drug that is a blood thinner. It helps to prevent the blood from clotting.

Now, let's analyze each disease and see which one would need heparin.

Anemia

 • The body lacks sufficient red blood cells and hemoglobin, so oxygen delivery to cells isn't efficient. This wouldn't need a blood thinner.

Iron deficiency

 • This is linked to anemia. The body doesn't have enough iron or red blood cells, and anemia ensues.

Hemophilia

 • A genetic disease where blood can't clot. A blood thinner is meant to prevent blood clots and the blood already can't do that. It would only make the problem worse.

Thrombosis

 • Involves the clotting of blood, which blocks the blood vessels. This would need a blood thinner to prevent the clots.

The best answer choice is thrombosis.
