a. To write 0.6222 as a fraction you have to write 0.6222 as numerator and put 1 as the denominator. Now you multiply numerator and denominator by 10 as long as you get in numerator the whole number.

0.6222 = 0.6222/1 = 6.222/10 = 62.22/100 = 622.2/1000 = 6222/10000

And finally we have:

0.6222 as a fraction equals 6222/10000

b. out of 10000, 6222 people said they would vote for Brianna.
