The poor must be helped.
Lacking sufficient money to live at a standard considered comfortable or normal in a society is the definition of Poor.” and with this, I think we should help the poor in their various positive ambitions to enlighten life for there is much blessing in giving.

Answer: Yes. (Hope that helped some)

Explanation: I think we should because when i hear poor that usually means people who don't have what they need. They could be starving, or not have a place of shelter, or not even have enough money to change their clothes. If people with money have more than enough, why don't they help those on the street?

Which best identifies a defining characteristic of a procedural text?
aniked [119]
A big example of a procedural text is like a "how-to" guide, so the answer is A. it's meant to inform you how to do something. B is incorrect because procedural texts don't compare and contrast--like, giving you the how-to then giving you the how-NOT-to? in a procedural text, it's just giving you info. it doesn't usually include characters because it's a list of directions: set the oven to this temperature. remove after this many minutes. let cool. they don't put characters in as an illustration. procedural texts also shouldn't contain logical fallacies bc they're a set of directions, which are supposed to be factual and straightforward; there isn't really any misconceptions

School garden supporters say that the gardens teach to the whole child. One of the strongest benefits is to social and emotional
mamaluj [8]

Answer:

All though the two arguments are correct, I lean towards the 2nd argument. School gardens do not improve student's scores as they would if the student was well educated. The student will not learn from a garden. The surroundings will be better but can not help them. As it states in the second claim "America’s test scores continue to lag behind". Even if we have school gardens. But, the first argument is right in a way if the student is already well educated and knows the curriculum there surrounding may improve their learning by wanting to learn because they are more comfortable. These claims are strong because they do have facts and claims from others. They lean towards one side and are informative.

Hope this helps. : )
