Just 10 years ago, marijuana was illegal to purchase and use in the United States. Today, it is legal for recreational purposes

in 11 states, including Washington D.C. However, marijuana is still illegal under federal law. Should the law be changed to legalize marijuana in all 50 states? Why or why not?
