Answer:

Let me know if you need more! :)

Explanation:

In order to prevent injury from occurring in this work environment, there are a variety of things you can do. For example, you can address a safety and wellness plan, this helps to ensure that all of your workers are safe and following the rules that are in place. You can also provide protection equipment. As seen in the photo no one is wearing the proper gear, which can be harmful to the workers. There also should be a plan in place, everything is happening at the same time, which can cause a stressful and unsafe environment, rather than putting the workers at risk, you and change the routine in which things are being done. Everything also seems to be in an unorderly fashion, you can change this by having a routine and inspection in place. Procedure's are a very important part of having a safe environment for both, you, your workers, the workspace, and your company. Cleaning, organization, and routine plays a big role in projects like this, seeing as without order, some risks are involved. You should also educated your workers on the benefits of a safe environment. Therefore, you should always have routine with work, there can be many benefits involved, and it could lead to a substantial downfall if the proper procedures are not put into place.

Bill wants to switch his breakfast cereal. Complete the sentences describing his comparison of the cereals. This cereal is more
Alika [10]

Answer:

Describing Bill's comparison of the cereals:

This cereal is more nutritious than the one I used to eat because it's made with whole-grain wheat. This means it has lots of bran and germ. The cereal I used to eat lists white flour as the first ingredient and says that it is enriched with B vitamins. This means that the manufacturer of the cereal milled (refined) the whole grain by stripping off bran and germ.

Explanation:

Whole grain is made up of its bran and germ, including the endosperm.  The bran is the exterior part of the wheat kernel, while the germ is the portion inside the seed, which enables it to grow into a new plant after planting. The endosperm is a tissue produced inside the seeds of most of the flowering plants following fertilization, which provides nutrition in the form of starch, oil, and protein. For whole grains to be nutritious in the body, these components must be present.

Milling or refinery is the process of separating the bran, endosperm, and germ from the whole grain.
