Given,

Given,length = 4ft

Given,length = 4ftwidth/breadth = 3ft

height = 3ft

now,surface area of cuboid = 2(lb + bh + hl)

after inserting values we got,

→ 2 [(4×3)+(3×3)+(3×4)]

→ 2 ( 12 + 9 + 12 )

→ 2 × 33 = 66 sq unit

therefore , surface area of cuboid is 66 sq.unit

group of 30 students from your school is part of the audience for a TV game show the total number of people in the audience is 1
Soloha48 [4]
<h2>Answer:</h2><h2>The theoretical probability of four students from your school being selected as contestants out of 8 possible contestants spots =  \frac{14}{165}</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

The number of students participated  = 30

Total audience = 150

By probability , to find the solution = \frac{n(E)}{n(S)}

where n(E) is the number of favorable outcomes,

n(S) is the number of total outcomes.

 n(S) is the number of ways any 8 students can by picked from the audience=  \frac{8}{140}

 n(E) is the probability of picking four students from our school and five students from another school.

n(E) = (\frac{4}{30}) (\frac{4}{110}) = \frac{16}{3300}

\frac{n(E)}{n(S)}  = \frac{\frac{16}{3300}}{\frac{8}{140}} = \frac{14}{165}

He following stem-and-leaf plot represents the test scores for 26 students in a class on their most recent test. Use the data pr
adelina 88 [10]

Considering the given stem-and-left plot, the median = second quaritle of the data set is of 84.5.

<h3>What is the median of a data-set?</h3>

The median of a data-set is the 50th percentile, that is, the value that separates the bottom 50% of scores from the upper 50% of scores.

This data-set has even cardinality of 26, hence the median is the mean of the 13th and 14th scores, which, considering the key for the stem-and-leaf plot, are 84 and 85, hence:

Me = (84 + 85)/2 = 84.5.

krok68 [10]

Answer:

Graph (2)

Step-by-step explanation:

We have to find the graph that represents the solutions of the quadratic equation as x = -4 and x = 2

Graph which has x-intercepts as x = 2 and x = -4 will be the answer.

Graph (1)

x-intercepts in this graph are x = -2 and x = 4

Not the answer.

Graph (2)

x-intercepts in this graph are x = -4 and x = 2

This option will be the answer.

Graph (3)

Only one x-intercept has been given in this graph

Not the answer.

Graph (4)

x-intercepts are x = -5 and x = -3
