Id call and set upp a appointment ASAP (as soon as possible) and get in! if you cant call or have a schedule that day or even within 2 or 3 days id go to a regular doctor and then tell them you made a appointment just cant go in and then get seen there and have them help you out with it all.
I’m pretty sure it’s the second period. I think that’s when most of the development happens
