pashok25 [27]

Answer:

Jacquie, because the class is primarily a service

Explanation:

All the contract laws in the United States are governed either by the Common law or by the UCC or the Uniform Commercial Code.

The Uniform Commercial Code governs all the contracts transactions in the form of securities and goods including tangible objects such as purchase of vehicles, etc.

Whereas the contracts transactions that includes intangibles assets, services, real estates, insurances, etc. are all govern by the Common law.

In the context, when Tory sues Jacquie for denying the refund Tory says that this contractual transaction should come under the Uniform Commercial Code while according to Jacquie this transaction should come under the common law because Jacquie is giving teaching classes to the students which is mainly a service. So contractual transaction under service is goverened by the Common law.

Hence the answer is ---

Jacquie, because the class is primarily a service

Answer:

Working memory and long term memory

Explanation:

The part of short-term memory that deals with the linguistic and conscious perceptual processing is called working memory. It has limited capacity and holds the information the is available for processing.  It is required for guidance of behaviour, decision making and reasoning. It lasts for only 10 to 15 seconds. e.g when we try to remember the recepie and steps while cooking a dish.

Long term memory is the final stage of Atkinson-shiffrins multi stage model . It retains skills and information for longer periods. It can store unlimited information as it doesn't decays over time. the formation of long term memory involves changes in the physical structure of nerve cell. This process is called long term potentate.

There are three types of long term memories: Episodic, Semantic and procedural.

The tables used by Rodolfo are stored in his long term memory but since he would be using the number for few seconds it is dealt by working memory.
