Hello!
American Canadians are Canadian citizens of American descent, or Canadians who identify to some extent with American society. The term is most often used to refer to Canadians who either migrated from or have ancestry in the United States.
So in other words, canadians are not generally american, but are recognised as 'american canadians due to a line of history and ancestral backgrounds, around those regions and states.
Hope this makes a better understanding!
The answer to this question is bias.
This bias is most likely caused by the negative enforcement that caused from the memory of your ex-fiancee.
Due to this negative enforcement, you will associate everything relevant to your fiancee as something distasteful, including her origin.
For this question I would go on YouTube if you can and search The Great Dictator by Charlie Chaplin. It is a classic but it would help you so much with this report. Also the movie 'Unbroken' will help. If you need help message me because I had to do the same exact report when I was in 6th grade. Also here is a website from some of the soldiers experiences; http://www.military.com/Content/MoreContent?file=VSworld_war2
The third statement is correct.
Nick, who was our dorm advisor, and Joe, Nick's roommate, raised their concerns to the school residence office. They wanted to know why Dennis didn't have to share a room.
In the first statement, there are two subjects- Nick and Joe. However, "his" is used in the predicate referring only to one of the two subjects. This made the sentence incorrect. The same with the second statement. It used not only "his" in the first sentence, but it also used "he" in the second sentence referring to only one of the two subjects mentioned, instead of "they".
