Because Joe only has $422 on his credit card, his account with be overdrawn by $62. which means, Joe's account will go into the negative balance until he's able to pay the bank back the $62.

Joe has +$422 in his savings account and credit card. she then purchased something that was 484 which caused joe to go bankrupt and he jumped from +$422 to -$62.

Aidan has 20 ft of fence with which to build a rectangular dog run. What is the maximum area he can enclose? Enter your answer i
irina1246 [14]
<h2>Maximum area is 25 m²</h2>

Explanation:

Let L be the length and W be the width.

Aidan has 20 ft of fence with which to build a rectangular dog run.

         Fencing = 2L + 2W  = 20 ft

                     L + W = 10

                      W = 10 - L

We need to find what is the largest area that can be enclosed.

     Area = Length x Width

      A = LW

       A = L x (10-L) = 10 L - L²

For maximum area differential is zero

So we have

      dA = 0

      10 - 2 L = 0

        L = 5 m

      W = 10 - 5 = 5 m

Area = 5 x 5 = 25 m²

Maximum area is 25 m²

PLEASE HELP!!<br> Factor <br> 6x^2-42x-54<br><br> Please show work!
skad [1K]

first, rewrite 54 as 6•9

next, rewrite 42 as 6•7

then, that gets you 6x^2 -6•7x- 6•9

lastly, factor out the common term (6)

and then you get 6(x^2-7x-9)

Please help me with this problem so I can better explain this to my son.2.Rhonda started a business. Her business made $30,000 i
4vir4ik [10]
\begin{gathered} a)P=30000(1+0.05)^n \\ b)\$62,367.00 \end{gathered}

1) Iteration means a repetition of a rule.

a)

Considering that we have the following data:

Rate of increase: 5% per year

-

2) Then we can write out the following:

P=30000(1+0.05)^n

Plugging into n, the number of years we'll have:

Profits: $30,000 1st year

P: $31.500 2nd year

$33075 3rd year

(...) (...)

b) Since we want to know the predicted profit 15 years from the first year, then we can plug for that:

\begin{gathered} P=30000(1+0.05)^{15} \\ P=\$62,367.00 \end{gathered}

Note that we have plugged into n, n=15 years. Since the first year was $30,000 the profits.
