Based on just the picture you can tell that there will be long-term mental effects based on the fear they are clearly experiencing and what they may have seen to get them into that state. You can see how huge the attack was, not only by the amount of smoke spreading and the amount of people running, but by the people seen scared and running from the scene despite already having distance from it
