Answer:

The second option, "Dad bought potato salad at the market that is made with pickle relish."

Explanation:

There should at least be a comma after "market", because a reader might of thought the market was made with pickle relish, instead of the potato salad.

For Fanon in The Wretched of the Earth, the colonizer's presence inAlgeria is based on sheer military strength. Anyresistance to this strength must also be of a violent nature because it is the only "language" the colonizer speaks. Thus, violent resistance is a necessity imposed by the colonists upon the colonized.

TASK 5. 200 WORDS
xxTIMURxx [149]
Leadership is one of the most gratifying roles anyone can play. The ability to inspire action from people to achieve great results is not an easy feat. Someone in a leadership position must continuously wear many hats, and keeping the patience and persistence to succeed through it all takes a very special kind of personality.

In my view, being in a leadership position is like being a parent. A leader must want and expect the best from all employees, no matter their temperament, traits, backgrounds, likes, dislikes or anything else that may make people different and a challenge to deal with. A leader must be able to inspire action through a genuine connection with each person they are in charge of. The relationship must be built on trust so that the employee feels free to make mistakes without fear of judgement. In doing so, an employee will become more creative and innovative since he/she aren’t scared of failure. Exactly like a parent would with a child.

Not everyone is capable of being in a leadership position, and I see it all the time, from managers who are selfish, to ones who are disconnected from the team to ones who are bullies to ones who don’t know a thing about inspiring people.

What does Macbeth mean when he says “ If it were done when ’tis done, then ’twere well“ in act 1 scene 7
Ulleksa [173]

Answer: Macbeth means that, if he could ensure that no complications arise from killing Duncan, it would be a good choice to kill him as soon as possible.

Explanation:

As Macbeth desires to become a king, he eventually kills king Duncan and ruins his own life, as he becomes consumed with guilt.

In <em>Act I, Scene VII,</em> there is a foreshadowing of Macbeth's tragic downfall. Macbeth predicts his own fate by saying that, if it was guaranteed that no consequences would follow Duncan's murder, he would kill him immediately. His tone changes when he continues by saying:

"<em>But in these cases</em>

<em>We still have judgment here"</em>

Macbeth is aware that if he does kill the king, he will somehow be punished for his actions. He realizes that no good can come out of killing someone.
