Answer:

• First get the value of x

(8x - 29) \degree + (6x - 11)\degree + (3x - 1)\degree = 180\degree \\  { \sf{ \{interior \: angle \: sum \: of \: triangle \}}} \\ (8x + 6x + 3x) + ( - 29 - 11 - 1) = 180 \\ 17x - 41 = 180 \\ 17x = 180 + 41 \\ 17x = 221 \\ x = 13

• then find angle K

m \angle K = 8x - 29 \\  \\ m \angle K = 8(13) - 29 \\  \\ m \angle K = 104 - 29 \\  \\ { \boxed{ \boxed{ \bf{ \:  \:m \angle K = 75 \degree \:  \:  }}}}

Answer:

ANGLE K IS 75 DEGREES

All the interior angles of a triangle ADD up to 180 degrees

lets add the angles!

6x-11+8x-29+3x-1

add like terms. all the x terms add up and all the constants as well

8x+6x+3x = 17x

-29-1-11 = -41

17x-41= 180 (-41 + 41 = 0 we do this to remove -41 from the left side of the equation to isolate x)

41+180 = 221

17x=221

221/17 = 13

x=13

so..

8 * 13 - 29 is the angle..

8*13 = 104

and 104-29 = 75

Angle K is 75 degrees! hope that helps..

The usefulness is that this data allows you to understand how well students perform with their instruction, based on a standardized test. The limitation is that the scores don't account for different situations that may affect the results you receive.

Tom gets a bonus of 30% of £96. Sally gets a bonus of £31.40. Work out the difference between the bonus Tom gets and the bonus S
GarryVolchara [31]

Answer:

Tom's Bonus=£28.80

The difference in bonus rates is £2.60

Step-by-step explanation:

-Given Tom's bonus is 30% of £96

#We determine Tom's bonus in £s:

B_T=0.3\times 96\\\\=\£28.80

#From our calculations,Sally has a larger bonus than Tom:

B_S>B_T\\\\B_S-B_T=31.40-28.80=\£2.60

Hence, Tom gets a bonus of £28.80 and the difference in the bonus rates is £2.60
