They can utilize the means and resources using their creativity and potential. The pace of development becomes faster if more skilled human resource is produced in the country.

Some of the measures to produce skilled human resources in the country are:-

Developing technical and vocational education system according to the need of country.

Updating knowledge with developed information technology.

Formulating scientific education policy as per the demand of time.
