The elements from which our body is composed of are called bio elements. These are given below::;
Oxygen= 65%
Carbon= 18%
Hydrogen = 10%
Nitrogen = 3%
Calcium = 2%
Phosphorus = 1%
These 6 bio elements are called major bio elements.
Other 10 bio elements comprises 1% of the body.
