Your are being asked to find what value of a will result in the denominator being 0, since you can not divide by 0 then this will be your non permissible value. Simply take the denominator(after it has been factored down and reduced, if necessary, it's not in this question though) then set to 0 and solve for the variable.
4a = 0
a = 0 \div 4
a = 0
Therefore your non permissible value will be,
a ≠ 0

URGENT! PLEASE ANSWER IF YOU ACTUALLY KNOW THE ANSWER!
Pie

Using translation concepts, the coordinates that will best represent point E′ are given by:

D. (11, 1).

<h3>What is a translation?</h3>

A translation is represented by a change in the function graph, according to operations such as multiplication or sum/subtraction in it's definition.

In this problem, the rule to find the image of a point (x,y) is given by:

(x, y) → (x + 8, y + 5).

Then, the rule to find the image E' of point E(3,-4) is given by:

(3,4 -> (3 + 8, -4 + 5) = (11,1).

Hence option D is correct.
