I think its regarded as one of the world's best paintings because the art is pure, its creative, its a female as well and this shows that artists can not only paint things and men but also show the true beauty of women through art itself and I think what sets it apart is her smile. *also I take no credit for this art I'm not trying to steal it I'm just showing it
