The answer is 4.315 billion kilometers so it would be 4.315 x 10 to the 9th power if that is what is meant and Neptune is the eighth planet outward from the sun (the most distant planet from the sun) so it is a tremendous distance from the earth and would be very hard for humans to reach with such a distance.

Answer:

The correct answer would be 4.3514 x 10^{9} kilometers.

As we know, 1 kilometer = 1000 meters or 10^{3} meters.

Hence, 1 meter = 10^{-3} kilometer

So, 4.3514 x 10^{12} meters = 4.3514 x 10^{12} x 10^{-3} kilometers,

which comes out to be 4.3514 x 10^{9} kilometers.
