Answer:

Mental health is basically how your emotions make you think, feel and behave. For instance people with depression have a mental health problem/disorder they suffer from fears and stress.  

Social health is an important factor it builds up from your childhood, it comes from/impacts you from things like your community, health, finances, childhood/family.

Physical health is just the state that your body is in and how well your being is. Not having a good physical health can trigger many other things like unhappiness, unhealthy/bad habits, low self-esteem etc.

Explanation:
