Explanation:
When using square root on a negative, simply take out the negative and use an i. This way, the equation is i√20.
Simplify the 20 by taking out 4 and 5.

i√4*5
Since the square root of 4 is 2, you can take out the 4 and replace it with a 2 on the outside.
