What helps me is not overthinking, shutting my brain off if I’m thinking negatively.
What helps to achieve this is having a hobby, something to distract and keep you’re mind engaged in what you’re doing, instead of those anxiety inducing thought patterns.

Talking to a friend you trust can also help
