Recently my friend got c0vid on Tuesday and I was with her. I got tested on Wednesday two times (One rapid one 24 hour) and then

on Thursday I got tested and all 3 tests came out negative.
(Including the 24 hour one)

Is it accurate?

yes, especially if you have taken the test three times, sometimes c0vid does not have time to spread, and if you guys were not close to eachother the whole time then that could also be why
